AS BARMAN / BARMAID
Under the supervision of the Bar Manager or Maître d’Hôtel, you are responsible for delivering high-quality bar service and contributing to a refined and personalized guest experience.
Welcome guests with professionalism and friendliness
Prepare and serve beverages (cocktails, spirits, wines, hot and cold drinks) in line with the establishment’s standards
Advise guests and suggest creations tailored to their preferences
Ensure the setup and smooth operation of the bar
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment in compliance with hygiene standards
Manage stock, place orders, and control supplies
Contribute to the creation of the beverage menu and be proactive with new ideas
Apply the establishment’s service procedures and standards
Ensure guest satisfaction and foster customer loyalty
